Help me identify an old show I watched ages ago? At this point I'm wondering if I dreamt seeing it.or it really exists.
It was a 90s comedy/action OVA (I think) about this cyborg guy with ridiculously long white hair like Inu-Yasha or something. He would fight other cyborgs, and he had some sidekicks like a scientist guy and (I think) this red haired girl.
