So it looks like Bael doesn't have any special snowflake ability- if you were in charge of writing, what would you give it?
I would also like to add, but you do what you want, that since it is the first Gundam frame it musn't have some stupid shit like controlling Mobile Armours. But do what you want, get creative.
Pic related because if you wanted to add anything it would probably be in the backpack.also it was one of the few images of Bael that I currently have, I'm no McGillis with fapfolder of those things

Ahab particle manipulation. It would have three main uses. The first is that it could diffuse the beams fired by mobile armors. While those aren't a threat to a Gundam itself, they can still splash off of the armor and cause a lot of collateral damage, so this prevents that. Not very useful in the modern day, though. Second use is to drain power from enemies. Mostly used back in the Calamity War to deny mobile armors the beamed power transmission they used to fuel their sub-units, keeps the Bael from being swarmed by Plumas or whatever other minions they have. Modern day can be used to weaken a mobile suit's output, not enough to shut them down but enough to give the Bael an advantage in speed. Final use is to drain the Ahab particles out of nanolaminate armor, removes the reinforcing effect they have on it, makes enemy armor weaker. As useful on mobile suits as it was mobile armors.
The main idea is for the Bael to be an interceptor unit, purpose-built for hunting mobile armors, so it's designed to take away the advantages they have. In the modern day, it would reflect how Agnika Kaieru was defined by being an awesome pilot rather than having an awesome mobile suit, so instead of overwhelming power the Bael's abilities allow the pilot to create favorable conditions to let their skills shine.
