So it's THEIR fault the Titanfall developers started out with that misconception!

It's a very simple game. I've only played through the first 3 missions. Chase after bad guys and shoot them down. Also features bad voice acting.

It's extremly mediocre, but I wouldn't call it bad. It's just a very "Yup, this is a video game" kind of game.

I don't really like the villain having a Gundam, it was neat back in it's day but now everyone Gundam's popping out of their anus, if 0079 was made today, bright would get on a special custom rx-79 and beat up char

I think it really depends on the situation. Did the enemy produce Gundams? Neat, give the bad guy a Gundam. Did the enemy decide to try and copy Gundams after seeing how awesome they were? Great, give him one in three to ten episodes! War is all about escalation. When one side can't keep up with another, it loses. Frankly I'm surprised there haven't been MORE enemy Gundams, or at least similar knock-offs.

Is it really that hard getting into Gundam? Just pick whatever looks the most interesting to you and off you go. Pretty much all the shows are designed to be accessible to newcomers anyway.

Either start with the Universal Century and the original Mobile Suit Gundam or start with Seed which is basically a retelling in an alternative universe with better animation but worse story

Start at the beginning and watch them in the order they were made, same as pretty much any fictional series ever.

The first one is simply known as "Mobile Suit Gundam". Make sure you watch the television versions of every series instead of the condensed movie versions.
