OP here. It's not bad. It's enjoyable enough if you like late-era Stallone, which I do: Grudge Match, Rocky Balboa, the first couple of Expendables movies. I even watched Bullet to the Head.
After the bad guy explodes at the end of the movie, Arnold says "Have a lovely day... asshole!" That's the kind of movie it is. It's not breaking any new ground, but I don't know if it really needs to.
