i have a movie i want to pitch and it’s called Gnome Place Like Home and it starts off with the banana boat song in a minor key echoing through a destroyed gnome homeland montage-style. so, like, in in this three minute stretch you get to see this guy’s life and family apart and it builds to this crescendo until it gets to ‘me want go….’ and then when it hits gnome the main character turns around, and does the dreamworks turn and wink and runs off. i want this to be CHILLING, dude. it’s going to have a lot of parody songs that are exactly the same exact they’re about gnomes such as Sweet Gnome Alabama. every character is going to be voiced by griffin mcelroy
