I finished basically all the writing in spring (I think I was gone for a while then as well).
But we have this culture here, that when you hand in a paper, the prof wont look at it unless you annoy him via email regularly, obviously that only works if the handing in date was at least like 2-3 months in the past.
I am facing a bunch of bureaucratic roadblocks before I can apply for final exams and thesis.
the stupid thing is, this bureaucratic stuff is more complicated and more nonsensical than most of the stuff we have to learn because the bureau which is in charge of my area is absolutely autistic about rules and stuff, most other bureaus are a lot more lax and stuff.
This unfortunately makes dealing with them extremely draining. If I could just have started my thesis in June, Id already have finished it, but dealing with these people makes me fell ill.
