OP just eat a lot less calories and eat clean and healthy, that's the only way to lose weight, if you're that fat, intense cardio won't be a good option for you yet. just try going for long walks to start off with as exercise. if i can do it so can you, in a years time you will be a new person (and gender)

If this is skull autist then I think you have officially lost all credibility (If it isn't then this a horrible impersonation). Pretty sure (100% sure) people have muscle and fat in their hands and feet. Now while it might not seem like a lot but it does make a noticeable when a fat person with fat hands and feet loses weight that they can lose a couple shoe sizes and have noticeably slimmer and smaller hands.
