I started with 1mg and then increased to 2mg after a year, and it took like a year for my breasts to actually get noticable, but now they're still growing and they're decently round too. I'll only increase the dose once they stop growing to get a little more size, until then I'll just stay on this since they're still growing anyway. Fat relocation can take a really long time. Technically from the point of adipose tissue growth to death it takes 10 years. Your body turns over 10% of adipose tissue a year.
As for fat storage I don't believe hormones affect that. Fatty acids evenly distribute themselves throughout adipose tissue.
