I would actually pick the first one too. Idk what implies to "but still be trans", but I guess it means I would retain my genitalia or my chromosomes. Definitely two. One of the biggest aspects that causes me distress is the idea of not having kids. If I am cis, I won't have to worry about taking hormones which sterilizes me or have to worry about paying for a sperm bank. I would look extremely ugly true, but with my figure, I can pass as a tomboy. *shrugs*
