It's actually not all that great tbhon. I've got a short, somewhat boxy torso, the typical wide shoulders and virtually no hip curve unless I stand pigeon-toed. Gotta be very careful with my clothing selection if I want to come close to passing at all. But I do acknowledge I'm running on easy mode for mtf trans.

Well, I think having clothes that hide masculine features and give the illusion of feminine body type would be better than "cute" clothes which would actually make your masculinity stand out more. My family still expects me to do heavy lifting and other manly stuff despite the fact all my sisters are actually bigger than I am just because I'm a guy - it seems to be common among people who knew someone before transition but that's neither here nor there.

It's a different explanation for each case, but generally speaking, most of them make quite an effort to look half decent and the estrogen makes their skin nice etc. They look cute, in the traditional sense. Like you wouldn't look at a man with a beard and think cute, but with the Trans you would.
