I'm pretty sure I'm not Klinefelter's since I'm only 5'6", but I never got chest or back hair at all, and only very sparse facial hair despite not starting HRT until 21. I had some gynecomastia. Test levels were somewhere in the 200s. I never took blockers.

My sister ended up with hirsuitism as well.

I luckily never got a ton of chest hair but I got nipple hair. But my legs and arms are dense.
Fully grown it looks like pantyhose on my legs cause it like instantly stops at my waist. Don't even have a treasure trail.
I epilate it but the roots are pretty dark still so I can see them... It's getting better over time though
