Soup bois. Gonna decorate a dorm room soon and my roommate is a real manly type. I'm trying to cultivate an aesthetic that's both manly and lowkey homoerotic. (He's straight but he's into that type of shit too). We're definitely gonna prominently display brotein powder and some weights, and he's gonna have a flag of the Soviet Union. Ideally I'm looking for stuff that straight dudes could have in their rooms, but that make you go hmmm.... is that gay?
Any suggestions?

A big wooden carving of a bear on it's hind legs.
Many antlers in lamps and deer heads on the walls.
Fur and animal skin upholstery.
Lots of rough hewn wood and field stone.
Avoid high gloss black enamel anything.
Avoid pinks and pastels.
Think jewel tones: ruby, emerald, sapphire.
Brown instead of black.
Rough instead of smooth.
Leather/fur instead of fabric.
Steel instead of brass.
Industrial/Grunge can be sexy.
Think Mancave/Garage/Den/Construction site.
Spotlights and tracklights
Uplights behind foliage
Jungle/Basement/Toilet/Bog
Splatters instead of floral patterns

Lol you posted a less gay version of this in /fit/ and I joked about you wanting this decour to stimulate a big gay college experience.
I was just kidding bro.
Dark high saturation colors or, if you need lighter shades due to a small space feeling claustrophobic, drop the saturation waaaaaaaaay down, Morty. Grey-pastel blues paired with cool browns are about the only light paints you can swing... maybe green or light cool brown. No pastel warm tones.

I did post a less gay version which was deliberate. I figured anyone who saw both of them would relate anyway
