Hey /lgbt/ I have a question for you. Is there a term for someone who doesn't really care what pronouns people use for them? I'm biologically male, but have been getting mistaken as a girl or vice versa since I was about four or so, and I realized the other week that I actually didn't even mind it when people were calling me 'miss' or 'mister' pretty interchangeably. So far I've just been using the term "Me" to describe it, in that I'm just me, whatever I may be, but is there an actual term for this?

Sanity?
Just sounds like you're not obsessed with gender expression. Pronouns are tied to expression or how people perceive you based on the societies norms that you live in. Your gender is your brains development compared to a normal male or female brain. If you like both terms, you're probably just androgynous but that's just an expression. So don't freak out thinking you're trans or nonbinary or some weird term you find on Tumblr lol. Just cause a boy likes pink doesn't mean he's not a boy. Etcetcetc

Honestly i was just wondering if there was a proper term for someone who doesn't really care about their gender expression.
That said, it's super heartening to hear that. Thanks!

How would it feel if you lost your ambiguity and were always addressed as a guy? Because testosterone will not leave you androgynous.
faggot usually covers it.

Pretty normal actually. That was actually me for the last couple years or so, after I had to cut my hair like pic related for a job as a film extra. I'm not super androgynous, but a combination of genetics and being out of shape has made me kind of curvy, and only just now am I getting my long hair back.
All I realized was that now that I'm getting my slightly more androgynous look back, I'm kind of enjoying it more.

Is this the part where you encourage him to get on HRT and start transitioning?

Different anon, but the term is "sane".
Curiosity is fine, but if you suddenly start getting all about labeling yourself then you need to go ask tumblr for the proper gender fanfic label of the month. No one here keeps track of that stupid bullshit.

I can guess from just reading this far that you're probably a cis male, you don't care what people call you because at the end of the day you know you can easily prove your maleness if called into question. You feel safe being mistaken for a perceived weaker gender because you know you aren't.

If you don't feel uncomfortable about it in any way, you're probably cisgender. Cispeople have no psychological difficulty that makes them feel uncomfortable about that sort of thing (unless they're a sexist).
Being cis means no dysphoria, which is not to say euphoria. That's to say: It just feels ok.
