What do you do when you have dysphoria but know you will look

You take HRT and hope it's enough to alleviate your dysphoria enough to make your life bearable.

FFS doesn't work for everyone. I have a very feminine upper face now, but the surgery couldn't unfuck my jaw. Now I have not just a masculine jaw but also an uneven jaw.

It's a shame because its the only thing really stopping me from passing.

How did it make your jaw uneven? Maybe a better surgeon or different operation would have been better for it.
