there are many ways of achieving different types of butts
i personally focus more on hip widening and thigh enlarging (for the valkyrie look), but(t) it sounds like you just generally want a bigger butt
from what i gathered from my brief time looking things up, squats, lunges, butt bridges, and kick backs are good for this sort of thing (the latter exercises are more for getting a more bubble-butt aesthetic in particular)
i would also suggest doing moderate cardio and core strengthening exercises in addition to these things
and do keep in mind that not all muscles are created equal, and there is a limit to how big muscles can healthily get, as well as different muscle growth dynamics that will limit progress unless worked on
also proper dieting and stuff, but nobody ever seems to want what they're going for enough to actually change their lifestyle to suit those goals

You can't make your hip bones larger, not at all. There are muscles though, hip flexors and glutes, that can give the illusion of bigger hips. So basically my hair is extremely long, down past my ass more or less. But I really don't know how to take care of it super properly and I also have some problems I'd like help with.
I have really bad MPB and it's a constant source of stress and anxiety for me, and I don't really know what to do or what kind of doctor or specialist to see over it, anybody got any advice with early onset MPB? I want to save my hair before it's totally gone in a few years. I'm not even that old, either.
Also I have psoriasis pretty bad on my scalp.

As for you anon, you only shampoo every 3-4 days? I do mine every other day or every day, depends when I shower. And condition it, but it seems like the conditioner I use no longer makes it soft or smooth anymore. I'm a ditz when it comes to hair.
