yeah. yeah I would. I dropped 45 pounds once I started hormones due to feeling better about myself. I can now do a 11 minute mile, which isn't amazing, but its a hell of alot better then being winded when going up stairs. So yeah, I'd take that body and make it awesome.

It depends on the particular cis girl's looks (I've seen some horrendously ugly cis girls). Call me vain, but I'd rather be an attractive trans girl than an ugly cis girl. This thread is interesting because it's clear that most MtF literally just want to be a girl, so they would accept.
Most FtM want to be a man, so they would accept being some gross dude, too.

Ideally both would work on their body afterwards to look better but worst case scenario, they've got the junk and body they always wanted, so even if they stay gross they're still happier than they were before.
If only someone could invent a machine that swaps MtF bodies to FtM and vice versa, seems like the ideal solution.
Everyone would be happy and it would massively improve relationships within the LGBT community itself, it would become like a "market" of sorts, swapping goods, goods in this case being the body you don't want.

I've quit alcohol, weed, cigarettes, and bad food over the last several years. Food was the second hardest (behind liquor). Yah...harder than cigarettes. But when you DO get over it, you get over it completely. Maybe too much, even.

I think about using sometimes but I've built up enough willpower that it's never more than a passing thought. You see, with addictive drugs and things like that you either use it or you don't.

You can't not eat. If you are addicted to your poor eating habits, you can't stop eating and distance yourself. You have to actually manage what you eat and fight it every day. It's like instead of using hard drugs regularly, you have to use a tiny fraction of that drug every day, which means you can't ever really escape the craving because you're always refreshing it.

I would want to, but I think if this wizard actually came to me and offered to swap my body out I'd have to say no. I suffer the effects of depression regardless of if I'm a man or a woman. It's literally genetically part of me - my mum, grandma, and aunt & uncle on that side of the family all have some type of depression.

And honestly, one of the best feelings in the world is working for something. Putting in that time and effort and overcoming obstacles, but still persevering till the end. Like if you bought a new game, put it in, and you were already at the final boss battle. Its not as fun.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to be cute. I would love to be even passable, and I am by no means passable right now. I'm ugly, I'm pre-HRT, I'm like 95% body hair by surface area. But I won't always be.
And if I can whack and bend all this into something I can be proud of? What can't I do.
