im on estrofem, 2mg x3 daily spread out every 8 hours

people usually don't spread it out so evenly but im kind of an autist when it comes to doses since im scared i won't get as good results

im probably switching to e injections once they get back in stock in may

apparently patches give the most stable levels but they can also be kind of annoying to keep on and they don't really work for some people, i haven't tried them personally tho

i dunno, what happens with most people from what i see is that they start off on pills and then switch to e injections like 6-12 months in and start getting better results

i barely have any boobs growth after 6 months on estrofem, but that's also because my diet is awful probably
