Judging from your post you're probably not going to look good because you:
A) Expect hormones to do the work for you
B) Don't look after your body or skin
C) Think that a minor jaw shave invalidates any reason to actually try

If you work hard at learning how to dress, do your hair and make up and voice train you'll probably end up ok.
