Are you taking patches, lupin-estradiol, or <8mg estrdiol valerate? Because those are slow. Estrace, Estrofem, and injections are the way to go. And don't get the generic versions of the pills if they're non-disolvable. They have 3.2x less bioavailable estrogen than them.
