Your body uses them for more than just having a hard dick or growing tits
However, that's only after I think 6ish months that you start to suffer symptoms like depression.
You'll have to totally suppress your T down to cis girl ranges, that you can't really take slow. Some people slowly ramp up estrogen and that's fine if you wanna do that.
Not sure there's a gain to that though.
Right out of the gate I nuked my T and took a high E dose, and I'm pretty sure I'm ok.

Better to start yourself out on 50mg cyproterone to nuke your T, taking only 2mg e daily for about a month, upping your dosage to 4mg on your second month, and 6mg on your sixth month. By this time you can probably lower your cypro intake to 25mg daily (just cut the pills in half.)
This is what I've gathered works for most girls, I got screwed around by my endo for a year on a literal birth control dosage and now, at 1 year 5 months, I'm doing pretty well. So yeah.
