I recently bought an Anal Douche kit, and know how to effectively use it. However, how does one clean the device itself?
Mine is in two parts: a tip and a bulb. The bulb is easy enough to clean, but what is a good way to disinfect the intertable bit after I've run hot soapy water through it?
Anything I can immerse it in, such as a water/alcohol solution? And if so, what would be the correct measurements for the solution itself? (E.g, two parts water, one part alcohol?)
The tip is plastic.

i think it is like 1 TBS bleach to 1 Gallon of water
you don't have to worry too much though
hot soapy water is an effective anti-bacterial
and you can't really re-infect yourself with your own bacteria

That's the thing, my boyfriends broke and we may very well have to share this one. Swapping bacteria from colon-to-colon is not something that I wish to do, so until his new one gets in we have to make due with only one.
But the bleach solution is a good one. Thanks!
