Correction: don't take an aromatase inhibitor if you're on bicalutamide. That could cause extreme testosterone levels.

Why? It has to do with how testosterone is regulated in the body. The hypothalamus decreases its production of GnRH when its androgen or estrogen receptors (AR/ER) are activated and increases it otherwise. The pituitary gland increases its production of LH and FSH in the presence of GnRH and decreases its production of LH/FSH when its AR/ER are activated. LH and FSH stimulate the production of testosterone in the testes.

So what happens if you block the AR with a drug like bicalutamide? The hypothalamus increases its production of GnRH, which causes the pituitary to increase its production of LH and FSH, which causes the testes to produce more testosterone. This isn't normally a problem, because aromatase converts the testosterone into estradiol, which activates the ER in the hypothalamus and pituitary, closing the negative feedback loop and thus limiting the production of testosterone. But if you use an aromatase inhibitor, estrogen doesn't get produced, so the production of testosterone is unregulated.

Hey femgen, I've recently been trying to feminize myself for the summer and at the end of the month I will order PM and an AA (Don't know which one)
In the mean time, I bought GNC fenugreek and a phytoestrogen supplement. For now I take the phyto pill in the morning and both phyto and fenugreek at night.
1 phyto pill is 300 mg evening primrose, 40 mg black cohosh, 150 mg soy isoflavone.
The fenugreek 610 mg.
