Is it bad that even though I'm trans, drag queens annoy me?
Would've expected that to be the majority opinion amongst trans people, if anything?
LOL if it’s okay for me to be trans-attracted and hate chasers, it’s okay for you to be trans and had drag queens.

drag queens annoy everyone.
Drag queens annoy me too. Idk a lot about the statistics but I would imagine most trans people would be annoyed buy them.

I'm less annoyed by the existence of drag queens than I am that our society consciously / unconsciously creates associations between trans people and drag kings / queens.

I don't have any actual studies to back this up nor do I know much / care about drag culture but I assume most drag queens are cis gay men.
Again my problem isn't with the existence of drag culture, its more in my experience / through observation people in general that have no connection to LGBT issues assume that someone who is trans would be interested in the idea of dressing up in drag / being a drag queen or king, when in reality most trans people, especially on this board just want to blend in / function as "normal" members of society as the gender they identify with.
This isn't to say that you can't be trans and also be interested in drag performance, all I'm saying is that it's offensive to assume that being trans automatically = interest in becoming / being a drag queen / king, which again is often what most people assume that have no connection to LGBT culture.
