all drugs are legal but you must take a course and a test (like a drivers license test) for any individual drug you want, so u want estrogen/serms/blockers then you take a class explaining how that shit works, how to use it safely, etc

and if you arent smart enough to pass the test you need to get a doctor to prescribe whatever drug and they may or may not prescribe it based on their professional opinion

Countries that don't regulate prescription drugs are actually a huge threat to the human race. In countries like India, Malaysia, Mexico, and Singapore allow anyone to buy powerful antibiotics over the counter. Because of this these highly effective drugs that doctors only prescribe as a last ditch effort being handed out like candy the illnesses are evolving to be immune to these antibiotics.

Obviously estrogen and testosterone aren't antibiotics but getting rid of prescription drug laws would be highly irresponsible and could cause another epidemic of the scale that the black plague had.
