You can eat meat and even sweets at time so long as you stay below your calories.

Try this for a week, count your cals and work at a deficit.

I'm cutting currently, last month I lost 7kg and this month 3kg so far. I will prob cut for another month or so then clean bulk.

I talked about this to my mom who exercised for a long time.

If I count my calories, watching how I eat, and bike-riding everyday could greatly reduce my weight in a month.

Currently, I'm 160 pounds and 5'9. So far my BMI is around 23.

I need to stay away from soft drinks because I tend to drink them everyday and I usually eat snacks such as Doritos.

Your mum is 100% right.

The reason you are snacking is because you are not eating healthy and filling foods. Eat more slow acting carbs like multi grain bread for lunch. Eat less but more often.

For example,

Wake up 6am

Gym

Protein shake 8am

Yoghurt 10am

Mult grain bread with salad and a couple slices of meat 12 lunch

Snack (Fruit or Veg) at 3pm

Dinner (300gram steak and a handfull of broccoli) at 6pm

No food after that, bed at 10-11pm for example

I start work at 8:30 and leave the house at 7:30am. I'm up at 5am, have a coffee then hit the gym.

Wake up earlier. Ask your mother to help you buy a gym membership if need be, or get a job if you are old enough.

I take it you are from the US? Stay away from those planet fitness craptastic gyms. LA Fitness is the better of the bunch, but the best gyms would be an old school type gym with lots of free weights.

Research a week split regime. I'm currently on 6 days a week

Monday - Legs - Abs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Cardio - Abs
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday - Arms
Sunday - Rest (Stay home and fap to trap porn)

Add in push ups, dips, pull ups, lower back extensions and you should be fine

For legs, use the dumbells for lunges as well, that will burn those thighs real good.

What are the issues, specifically? Contouring makeup can help with the general shape. A large forehead can be hidden with hair (or a wig). Gaunt cheeks can be fixed by smiling.
