Statistically speaking the average age of transition is mid 30s. Therefore people transitioning 25-35 would be average. Anything before 20~25 has always been considered early by medical sources, before 18 is specifically childhood transition. I guess late transition would be 38+ since that is the mean age of transition.

Well given that the average age of transition is late 30s...
Early/Pubescent Transition: before the end of puberty (21-25 depending on the person)
Mid/Adult Transition: 25-40
Late Transition: over 40

Early transitioners should be classified as those who legitimately had some of their puberty on gender appropriate hormones. You have likely legitimately changed your physical sex to some degree, due to how malleable the body and mind is at this age.
From the end of puberty to the median age seems like a good cutoff. Masculinization is life long, but it might take longer for you, or genetics may have blessed you. Some hope remains. The average transition occurs toward the end of this range.
If you are only spending the last half of your life or less as the proper gender, then it makes sense to call you a late transitioner. Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

Hon is more of a mindset than an age requirement. Basically, male socialization messes your mind up, and the toxicity of the socialization increases with age. In childhood a tendency for violence is encouraged. In mid to late teens toxic male sexuality is forced upon you. Entering college and the working world, dominance, entitlement, and sexism are added to the mix. Over time, these things become second nature, and no matter how much of a girl you were, you've been totally corrupted. You likely act like some porn sick man. Very aggressive, hypersexual, entitled, etc.

Apparently men don't experience changes in testosterone and such until their early 30's and it peaks at 31-35. Some people call it the "second puberty"

Personally I find people have a very very hard time telling ages apart in the 20's to 30's age range, unless of course the person has kids. A 21 year old married with kids looks like 10x their age. If you're just a NEET coasting through life you'll look like you're 18 until you're 30. There are actual biological mechanisms for that as well since marriage and childbirth induces various hormonal changes in men and can even induce male pattern baldness if they have kids, it's not just a meme, it's reality.
