Many FTMs are obviously AAP, but when I first started puberty, my autism led me into thinking I was an ayylien who had been implanted into a sexy loli body quickly growing into a female body. When I realized it was permanent I was more upset, but I still got off to force fem and sissification. Nonsexually, muh dysphorias make me happier in a testosterone body than default female.

I have a really low libido and almost no desire for sex because of muh dysphoria. If I were to spontaneously grow a normal dick I'd probably be out getting laid like a normal mid-20s gay dude. My junk is already big enough to jerk like a small penis, so I don't think I'd be especially fixated on the novelty of playing with myself.

I used to fuck my ex with a strap-on sometimes and even that wasn't really arousing.

So are FTMs sexually frustrated at all? I know MTFs report feeling way fewer sexual urges after they lose the T. Do you still do vaginal stuff or does that make you feel too dysphoric?

To answer your question, I've always had high libido, but testo made it waaaay worse. feel as if a lot of people in ftmg share this experience.

I've tried piv probably half a dozen times over 10 years and it was always miserable. On top of dysphoria it just doesn't feel pleasurable at all. I can only get off from external stimulation.
