I cut off ties with my parents and started T. Ive also started getting in contact with my (half)sisters more often, and I'm very happy for it.
At the beginning of the year, I crashed my first car after 2 days of having it, but later this year I bought my own car on my own. I'm proud of myself for it. After bombing my first two semesters of college, I retook a class and made a B, which I'm also proud about.
This year's been shitty for everyone, but I've just had upward momentum. I did have that couple of months where I was drunk 24/7, though. And of course, because its the new years, I'm drinking now. But hey, I'm gonna start getting /fit/, so I guess that's better for my health.

I started by discussing trans as a concept before coming out myself. By airing the subject I could gauge their reactions and weed out the phobics before exposing myself.
Also, it might help to show them good transition pics, use real examples from your own life to show how you feel, and tell them that you would just be a more comfortable version of yourself, not a completely different person, when expressing male gender.

Work harder on improving my art. I graduated an Illustration degree last year but I'm still not at all happy with my level of artistic ability. I have a really fucked up thyroid. I'm medicated for it so I don't keel over and die or something, but I still have all the side effect problems that come along with it (chronic pain, extremely temperature sensitive, inability to lose weight, etc), and so far my doctors and I haven't found a way to remove those symptoms/issues.

We've no idea, I've always had really iffy physical health - pain started around 11, doctors originally thought I was anemic but turned out I'm just borderline on that front. Found out about my thyroid when I was 20, spent the last two years getting the medication right and now I'm in normal range but still having a bad time. Seems like it's just my thyroid developed poorly during puberty or I was born with it. It's not Hashimoto's but there's definitely something slightly different to just a straight up underactive thryoid. Doctor thinks I might have fibromyalgia as well, which would suck balls as it's incurable and difficult to treat. But ah well.

I don't think he'll reappear magically, I think by saying something someone who can contact him might take notice and get in touch with him or that someone who speaks to him will notice and respond to say how he's doing. Usually when he disappears and people bring it up someone contacts him and he shows up not long after.
