There might be, but not the way you imagine it.
Men are usually more aggressive and competitive due to higher testosterone levels, which makes them more successful in politics compared to women.
So if we're gonna have a trans president, it would probably be either a trans guy or a late transitioning MtF who started a successful career while still living as a man(think Caytlin Jenner, but from the world of politics).
Though it's still very unlikely simply because trans people are very rare(I think the current US estimate is 0.3% of the population).
