To the second anon, I'm British, so it's simply a matter of making an appointment with a local GP and discussing what they could potentially do for me. From what I've seen, I think I'd have to justify it from an angle which references my health. It wouldn't be untrue for me to cite lack of libido, lack of bodily and facial hair growth (though they may try and play this down to genetics), and the anxiety surrounding it all (e.g. mention the impact the lack of testosterone has had on my mental health).
