looking at online prices, the same vial I get (Delatestryl) goes for 104$ on the states, so 104$ every ten weeks, it's still not crazy expensive, at least for me.
But if that's still too high range, than back to main question, I can't answer that cause I don't use insurance. :-(

Depends on where they get it and how much they're taking. With my prescription at a mail order pharmacy I pay about $80 for a 200mg/ml 10ml vial which lasts me about 20 weeks
