No, transgender women aspire to be just like cisgendered (normal) women. This is why sex change operations exist. It is very rare to find a trans woman who doesn't have any issue with her genitalia. I personally have to consciously keep myself from chopping them off and hoping I bleed out before the doctors reattach them every single day.
