>tfw i JUST saw a tall transgirl with stripety kneesocks and bangs out on the street
have any /lgbt/ memes come true in life for you? what were they?
should have talked to her, sperg
how do you know if she's trans?
>>6627713
lmao
>>6627713
>stripety kneesocks
Cis girls stopped wearing those outside of cosplay circa 1985.
>>6627713
no cis girl is stupid enough to dress that trashy
>>6627701
You sure you just didn't met a fellow programmer going to work?
>>6627701
In the lineup at the bank I've seen a hon with thin greasy hair, bad bangs of course, wearing pink runners and an ill-fitting skirt.
>>6627772
noopept is fucking intense
you know what's funny? trans is so publicized that people will look at women who the slightest male feature differently.
>>6627772
>implying the venn diagram of programmers and trannies isn't a circle
>>6627794
>you know what's funny?
Not really, that's a well known phenomena. Guys went through it first since gays were always the most visible of LGBT people. Historically guys used to be closer and form more intense friendships because neither of them doubted the other might be gay if they got too close or if they accidently touched each other while talking or whatever. Also applies to older shows or movies where half the shit would today be called "definitive proof these two characters are gay"
Women are going through it now. Women are still much more touchy feely and close to each other but even that's slightly changing as lesbians are put into bigger focus. However, since there isn't and by all accounts there will never be prejudice against dykes it likely won't have too big of an impact.
And it's time for trans people, or trans women specifically. Ironically that will be the one that ends up hurting cis women the most, more than lesbians being more visible, since with the increased visibility more and more people will assume a masculine woman is trans woman and react accordingly. It's already been happening with the bathroom bill and dozens (hundreds?) of cis women thrown out of women's bathrooms on suspicious of being trans.
>>6627818
Meanwhile the world loves, cis lesbians and hates trans lesbians.
Fuck everything.
>>6627882
>Meanwhile the world loves, cis lesbians and hates trans lesbians.
Because women are cute and precious and pure and they need to be protected while men are gross, violent and only ever driven by sexual desire so they can only be fetishists or rapists.
Of course the above is bullshit but it's one of the hypocrisies of feminism that ends up hurting trans women a lot - one of the problems with feminism is that they don't challenge, in fact quite the opposite, anything in the traditional gender norms that benefits women but only challenge those things that hurt women or impede women's progress. One of those is the notion that women are weak and need protection (shamelessly used by lesbians to support the idea that women can only ever be the victims of domestic abuse or rape and never the rapists/abusers) which works pretty great if you're a cis woman but if you're trans and the person or group of people are transphobic and don't see you as a real woman then the misandry in traditional gender norms (because the traditional gender norms are BOTH misogynistic and misandrist) comes to bite you in the ass massively and that's where the stereotype that trans women are male fetishists that just get off on being women comes from - because women are pure and innocent and men only ever think about sex also hurr durr men can never understand women hurr durr any "man" that dresses up as a woman is a disgusting fetishist.
>>6627932
>shamelessly used by lesbians to support
sorry,
*shamelessly used by feminists
>>6627781
Save me the time googling, what does it do?
cis girl here, what the fuck is with mtf and kneesocks? I have a couple trans friends and holy fuck every single one loves them
>>6628060
for me it had a huge stimulating effect
kind of like bronchaid
>>6628076
Cause trannies all watch anime
>>6627701
there are literal doll mask wearing crossdressers who hang out n a street near my house at 1 am
>>6628101
I watch some anime too but I never tried to fucking dress like fictional characters day to day. it kinda feels like they're obsessed with being girly/feminine to the point they do dumb shit no one who's cis even considers
I would never date a transbian but I really don't have any issue with trans women in general as long as they respect that, I'm just genuinely curious about this shit
>>6628126
Sounds like a fun place to hang out.
>>6628076
They look nice.
>>6628137
Okay here's an actual answer. 90% of trannies and like 60% who post here are just guys with a fetish for being a cutesy anime girl uwu
They dress like anime characters, which are designed to pander to otaku sex fantasies, because in their mind women are just sex objects. Its a form of sexual self degradation and humiliation. That's why they're obsessed with being "girly" and doing traditionally feminine things they probably didn't even enjoy doing before transitioning and making a deal about being "one of the girls teehee," it's a costume they put on to pleasure their sexual deviancy. Same reason they only wanna date cis women.
>>6628076
Anime. If you're trans there's a very very high chance you were alone and depressed "guy" and alone and depressed "guy" nowadays almost certainly watches anime.
Which, in turn, influences the fashion choices. Cis girls learn fashion and figure out their style from their mother, their sisters and their friends and they can spend years as teenagers establishing their own style. Trans girls see girls in anime wearing something and like it and later, as full grown adults when we're forced to come out and dress as women anime massively influences how we dress.
>>6628186
Fuck off TERF scum.
>>6628176
that's very transphobic and problematic language
>>6627818
good
maybe they'll get over us then
>>6628176
Eh? I like to dress cute weeb shit but I only date guys.
>tfw you don't fit not even with the weird weeb trannies
>>6628250
there are some cis girls like that too. Im not saying that "wearing any cutesy girly clothes means youre AGP," just that there's a reason for the general trend. If you're self aware enough to feel like you don't fit in and date guys then you're almost certainly not in the 90% group.
>>6627772
This is the greatest thing I've ever seen XD
>>6628193
how the fuck are they a TERF? They aren't wrong either
>>6628176
asshole
>>6628186
So it's because society forces them to live as men for so long. If the majority of cis people weren't such short sighted retards that work to make sure trannies don't exist by forcing them into the closet and making them go through male puberty they wouldn't have this problem.
>>6628501
>making them go through male puberty
lol you do realize hormone treatments are a new thing? trannies existed long before this idea that trannies should be given special medical treatments for COSMETIC PURPOSES
whatever happened to 'its whats on the inside that counts'?
>>6627722
I live in San Francisco and have seen Asian teenagers and 20-something hipsters wearing stripey knee socks. The Asian teenage girls probably because of media images in their community, and the 20 something hipsters because they think it's vintage.
>>6628522
>cosmetic purposes
>whatever happened to 'its whats on the inside that counts'?
i think i just replied to you in the other thread, but fuck you again
>>6628588
fuck me? fuck YOU, hon
>>6628186
Maybe not anime, but I definitely know far more about Japanese fashion than American. Which is suffering, since I'm mostly white. ;_;
This is what you get for neglecting me, mom.
>>6630342
>female privilege
>>6627701
>tfw can't catch a non-binary nidoran in pokemon go
niantic should check their privilege
>>6630378
More like
>cis privilege
being revoked.
>>6631731
>Of course there are advantages that women get that men don't.
Yup. And a lot of those advantages are even supported by feminism which is why I consider feminism female supremacy movement rather than any sort of "equality" movement.
>>6628076
Agp. Bet all your friends are into girls as well
>>6628176
This
>>6628076
Your guess is as good as mine. I can't stand 'em myself. I guess I'm the exception.
>>6631119
Something gives me a feeling that in-story, the nidorans had enough dimorphism that early discoverers thought they were separate species. Think anglerfish.
>>6631944
Liking kneesocks doesn't make you agp, but I will concede a lot of agp people do wear kneesocks.
I wear em' just because they're comfy and I hate showing my legs, for a couple different reasons. I started wearing em' when I was 13 and little more of a weeb and started transitioning. They've just grown on me I guess lol. Now that i'm starting to dress a little more normally/preppy I wear them a lot less in exchange for other things and only wear the stripey ones at home/casual wear. In other words when I could care less how people think of me.
Can someone properly explain what agp really is anyway? I got a basic understanding from http://4archive.org/board/lgbt/thread/5363087 but where does the socks and tallness come in, lol?
