I think the reason is because the SRS options for transwomen are better than transmen but not by much. One is an open wound, I don't give a fuck what any tranny or any doctor says about this because srs vagina behaves like an wound...which it is.

The other is a pump/implant and it's not even close to the real thing compared to transwomen options.
