What bothers me about scruff is not that people use bear like that. My complaint is that, in my area at least, I usually find that self-identified "bears" have little to no body hair and say they're bears as a synonym of "I'm fat." Some of them are barely in their 20s with a just a ring of nipple hair and they believe that's it, that's everything they need to fit in this category.

Hey. I'm one of the /fit/ anons who frequently post here, normally about how to get swole. That said, let me give you some specifically non-fitness advice.

Being /masc/ is not so much about being big and strong. I'd say, actually, that being fit is not even remotely necessary to be masculine, and that there are some very strong guys who are definitely not masculine because of their attitude. And, also, there are feminine-looking guys who are quite masculine.
So, being /masc/ is more an attitude thing. Which actions or characteristics are masc or not, though, is something that no one agrees on, and that's not necessarily something bad.
Ask yourself what being "masc" entails for you. What are the specific characteristics you find desirable for yourself?

The thing is I don't like alcohol. It makes me feel sick, my migraines spike up for weeks afterwards and when I do get tipsy I become sad and mopey. Drinking is just never fun to me, at all, and I only did it when friends or family pressured me into it.
Alcohol killing gains is just one of the many reason why I don't drink, and it's certainly less important a reason than being pain-free — which is the very reason why I started getting /fit/
That said, I'm all up for having a nice meal with friends. I'm on a bulk so I can eat pretty much anything I want, and typically I'm the one ordering dessert
