its so hard to describe, ive spent years feeling depressed but focused on studies, everything i had went into studies. Then through bad years at school I took myself away from people and stopped socialising almost entirely. made it through that then went to university and everythign started falling apart. My perception of myself became warped, i couldnt help but berate and hate myself for every little thing i did, any mistake would send me on a wild spiral. If i did something 'bad' i couldn't let it go and i started skin picking, then hiding that then hating myself for doing that it was getting in the way of my work which i started to hate myself for and then i stopped looking after myself as well and hated myself for that and it all just kept piling on and getting worse and worse until one day i decided i'd jump into traffic but some passers by stopped me and i started getting treated. anyway i came out at a point alright but things started to go awry again and first thing i did was fall back into that same thought process, broke off from everybody and ended up deciding to leave uni for the rest of the year to come home and see about getting some proper prolonged treatment and maybe getting back to normal.

the CBT was recommended for the anxiety aspect there's more that i'm meant to do but this is just one step in the road they said to try. I really don't know what's next honestly if it doesnt help with it.
