I just read the plot in Wikipedia and cringed hard at the thought that the girls broke up all because the other girl felt lonely and cheated for a man.
The way the ending was written also left a bad taste on my mouth

I haven't seen the film, but the comic is absolute tripe. I'm genuinely dumbfounded that anyone liked it. Has to be that thirst for representation.

I see it as a simple story for teenagers, and as such it's not bad, especially compared to what's published in France (unless I missed hidden gems). At least it has a clear, albeit simplistic, narrative structure, which the movie doesn't have.
