Resonance is vibrations, if you put your hand on your upper chest and talk you can feel it, that's resonance, you'll still have a little in the end but the idea is to minimize it. -1lb of ground beef
-1 egg
-half a chopped onion
-breadcrumbs

but i took the milk used to bind with the egg and breadcrumbs and used 100ml of heavy cream instead. stuck in garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley. cooked it up. made a blue cheese sauce (stilton, more heavy cream, butter).

ate the whole goddamn thing. it was so luxurious. and so much fat, i'm hoping it'll guarantee me growing bigger boobs, and its a savory break from the tub of ice cream a day diet. 3 lbs in a week, girls! wew! 141lbs now!
