pre-anything, no makeup. What are my chances with this face? I'm still 18. My biggest concern is my long aquiline nose and prominent maxilla, do 'mones do anything to subtly fix those things?

Hormones won't change the nose but they will make the muscles around the jaw smaller, thus pushing it back and making it less square. They'll also get rid of that "muscle goatee" around the mouth if you have one of those, I can't really tell if you do. They'll also deposit fat in the cheeks.

Hormones will stop male pattern baldness if that's what you're asking. MPB is actually caused by DHT not testosterone, but HRT will stop you from producing testosterone in the first place which means it won't be converted to DHT. If it's just baldness you want to stop, it's perfectly possible to get a prescription that stops the conversion of testosterone to DHT (forget the name), and you don't have to go full tranny if you really don't want to. Either way, going bald sucks, so do something about it while you still can.
