Who is your favorite fictional /lgbt/ character?
>not santana as best
She sounds as bitchy, judgmental and annoying as a flamer who just lost the latest episode of Drag Race, why are we supposed to like her?
Can someone point me out a character that
>Isn't stereotypical gay flamer
>Isn't a villain
>finds a partner
>Doesn't meet a terrible fate (doesn't die, doesn't get tortured, his partner doesn't dies/get tortured...)
>Isn't the comical relief
>Isn't a side character with a very small role
I can only think of those on Scott Pilgrim and Midnighter.
You know what? I just read the comments and after that I'm disgusted with the human race. He may have done WHATEVER with her, what she said has absolutely no excuse, and what really enrages me is the fact that people picked her side.
From now forward I'll put Glee fans on that special trash can that I put Biodrones, LoL babies, feminists, muslims and flamers. People never fail to amaze me on how bad they are.
Kanji from Persona 4 was great too, but Jun from Persona 2 is the crown prince of JRPG gay. More games should take notes on him for how to do a solid gay character that has his gayness be an influence on, but NOT take over his characterization.
This guy from Mr Robot is gay. He is more than just a minor character, and has a loving, supportive male partner.
There is also a bisexual character in the show (Tyrell), but he is a psychopathic villain who just loves fucking. He loves BDSM and murder.
Honestly I think both are accurate portrayals.
I'd say Stephen Stills from Scott Pilgrim even if his being gay just came from out of nowhere. They leave hints in the 2nd last volume, but it honestly still feels like the author just made him gay for the hell of it. Wallace Wells would be runner up, of course.
None of the fine, articulated art mediums I enjoy have gays in them :^)
If I could name some I know (since I don't recognize any in this thread): That pyrophobic drummer and/or that Chinese bitch from Psychonauts, Homura, Kaoru, Miss Pauling, I don't know, Ren and Stimpy?
Arcade Gannon, my all time favorite gay character in video games
Pretty much the only gay/bi character I liked.
This beautiful bastard whore.
I liked Michael when I was younger, but the older I get the more his whiny immaturity grates on my nerves.
As a wizened old queermo I really get off on Brian's "fag who gives no fucks" attitude.
That pink haired tranny can actually make a pretty decent gay character
Mugi from K-on! She was gay as fuck.
Also Tara and Willow from Buffy are gr8. Too bad they had to murder a lesbian to get it on air tho
Pic related Alois Trancy. Mostly because he looks and acts like my real life bf.
More love for Miss Winters.
'I'm tough. But I'm no cookie.'
Jack Harkness from Doctor Who
Mitch Hurwitz confirmed it iirc. Will Arnett has hinted at it in interviews, too. Looking back at the other seasons, there have been little hints here and there that he plays for both teams.
now that you mentioned it, there are two instances where he suggests he's open to/has been in mmf threesomes.
and holy shit there's an episode centered around him called switch-hitter where he literally plays for both teams. i'd say this is all a coincidence, but this is arrested development we're talking about here. they're the kings of callback humor.
Nezmui and Shion from No.6
Reminds me of me and my bf. Also one of the few gay animus that doesn't fetishize it
.....because I'd devote my life to big boss too
Jesse from Breaking Bad.
He's not gay though but I fapped once at the thought that the Nazis were making sweet love to him in his rape dungeon.
Pretty amazing desu senpai
Homicide: Life on the Street's Tim Bayliss
Plus he meets all the qualifications of
Bel Thorne from Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan Saga. I don't think Bel's orientation is ever mentioned, but if you read all the books it is in, it is obvious she has had male, female, and hermaphrodite lovers. Bel is a hermaphrodite.
This whole manga is middle aged gay couple slice of life with food
Any gay character from the series Please Like Me. There's no gay agenda being forced down your throat, there's no super flamer degeneracy, the main character has a lisp though, the stories are almost too realistic, the characters are not one dimensional caricatures of gay men.
The series just hits too close to home since the main character is an insecure faggot who finally gets a shot at a 7-8/10 man just to blow it all away. He finds another qt lover though.
The Major wins. Hands down.
I really like Han Solo. His partner Lando is a close second.
medieval bisexual dragon prince and his equally bisexual thief husband coming through
