Also get on an AI like Exemestane or Anastrozole, take 1/5th of a pill Mon-Fri.

HRT doctors are faggots and dont even know how to prescribe a correct injection protocol to keep your plasma levels stable, your test levels arent supposed to go up and down up and down like they will with bi-weekly or once weekly injections.... funny how they give MtF Test blockers but they dont give FtM Estro blockers. Surely people that went to medical school understand that Test aromatizes into Estrogen.... Normie doctors are typically shit tier, remember they dont want you to be a man, they just want you to be "safe" LEL.

Also start lifting you tumblrshit, you need an oly bar and plates to do classic compounds that will actually stimulate muscle growth. If you arent doing Bench/OHP/Squats/Deadlift/Rows then you are just fucking around. I know you dont have an oly bar and plates at your house so get a fucking membership.
