I will probably go to dimaggio in argentina to get my forehead reconstruction. Then Im going to get hair transplants to get rid of the squareness of my hairline and lower it like a 1-2cm at the crown. But Im getting the scar put behind my hairline i think so its more hidden.

I havent figured out who to do my jaw and chin yet. I may have dimaggio shave my chin as well but I would ideally like someone more specialized in mandible surgery to work on my mandible and chin.

I think spiegel leaves the orbital rims too strong. You can see this in this pic. Flat sinus, but flared/strong orbital rims. Personally, its why id prefer dimaggio to do my forehead, I think he creates a smoother profile and picture from all anlges. Unfortuately spiegel takes shit before and after shots so its really hard to evaluate his work. Hes known for being very conservative. I mean look at gigi gorgeous, I really think her chin could have been femininized more. Her forehead looks nice though.

bart does more of a fill technique to create a feminine forehead slope, speigel just resets the sinus. Spiegels forehead will come out flatter than barts which is technically more feminine but different looks work for different people.
I think bart is somewhat more aggressive with mandibles and chins. I think both of them are a bit overrated tbh.

Does anyone know of any good FFS surgeons located around the Bay Area? Particularly if they are at UCSF.

I would really like to get a surgeon at least kind of close to me. I figured it shouldn't be TOO hard since it is the bay area and there must be some decent FFS surgeons based here with such a large amount of LGBT people in the area....I hope.

Zukowski is a bone fide bargain for someone with heavy orbitals. He did not touch my cheeks, mandible, chin, ect... nor has any surgeon. Only forehead burr / temple fills.

You are right he raised your eyebrows too much but your sinus is very small probs within female range so don't feel like your surgery was a failure or something. Your cheek bones look kind of assymetric? Is that just a photo thing or have you had other surgery or is that all natural? They are very prominent.... but usually people find that attractive and exotic.

Aside from Dr.Z's brow work and a .5 cc syringe of Restylane in my upper lip I've never had any other facial modification. The cheekbones and nose are freaks of nature, and 7 years of HRT.

To receed a jaw you have to cut the jaw in half, cut off parts of it, probably lose a tooth or two, then screw it into place.
After it, you'd have an extreme overbite, and you'd probably have to pull out teeth from your upper jaw and get braces to pull your teeth into a new place so that you can chew properly again.

No surgeon does any surgery to make your jaw receded. They can pull it back if you have an underbite.
