i am no doctor so take this for what it is, my opinion. i'd say it has to do with the fact that race is part of a genetic baggage independent from a factor like hormones, that can be fleeting and altered. if we go by the definition that being a tranny is based on either in utero exposure or imbalances during puberty\childhood (low test, pcos, any intersex condition, you name it), then that would explain why it's a legitimate claim. race isn't something based on hormonal effects on your brain, you don't have nigger hormone exposure in the womb (that's called having a cuck father). if that isn't the actual cause of tranniness then i have no answer for you, i'm going to be honest.
