I'm not politically extreme. I used to be, but when I transitioned I stopped being so miserable so that faded. Plus seeing extremism start to destabilize my country made me realize how trash extremism is irl. I've never heard of this behavior before, although I suppose mtfs may experience it on occasion (correct me if I'm wrong). I am a cis woman and I don't feel aroused of exhilarated in any way by being one, although I do like my body and really enjoy trying different outfits, kinda like dressing for different occasions or depending on the mood. It's like being an actress, like being a different (if always female) person whenever I like. Do you find this related to your question?

You're not wrong. Some do, some don't. In general most transwomen who live as women for a few years cease to experience AGP. We don't really understand why, or why a significant amount of pre-everything transsexuals experience AGP prior to that point.

I need advice. I'm out as trans to my parents as of a couple years ago but have been sitting on the issue, due to my dysphoria coming and going. Wearing female clothes and shaving my legs has crossed my mind on many ocassions but I've always faltered due to feeling like I'm shameful to my parents and other relatives.
I get so upset and jealous walking past women's clothes shops, wishing I could wear that and actually pass.
I distract myself with gaming, reading and ironically the sense of progress lifting.
