The OP says increase estrogen after a month, but there's tons of anecdotal shit saying you can get conetits or other complications if you increase that early. So when is the best time to increase? I've been on 2mg progynova for about 5 weeks now.

cone tits are just how the breast develop in the early stages. Structural tissue forms, which makes the cone shape, and then later fat is slowly deposited there which will round them out

Going to 4mg is nothing to worry about, the low 2mg dose initially is just to make sure you handle the hormones fine with no reactions. Also if you are super worried about cone tits you can always add progesterone to help breast growth later on

Could I stay begin on just anti-androgens to block my T, until I get my proper prescription for hrt? Or should I take estrogen too.
