Ribs can be removed or broken/cut and screwed back in place, healing in a body cast and corset to reduce overall chest size. Corset training also assists in reshaping the torso over a long term period (years). The human bone growth cycle may take upwards of ten years to replace every cell in a bone. The shoulders are literally held in place by your collar bone and muscle. Surgeons could cut and remove a piece of the collar bone and screw back into place, thus narrowing your shoulder width by a couple inches overall.

Fat grafting can be used to remove body fat cells from unwanted areas and injected into preferred area such as ass, hips and breasts. Fat graft breast augmentation is ideal. Breasts are naturally 80%+ body fat. Injecting fat grafted from other areas allows your tits to be larger, feel real and never require replacement (even after 20-30 years saline/silicone implants may degrade, leak, or can be broken. Body fat is all natural, zero risk.) The bonus is no scarring from implant incisions, it's all needle puncture to inject fat.

Hands and feet cannot be altered unfortunately. But extreme surgical techniques are being developed that may allow for this in the future. Surgeons are able to sever the femur and other leg bones in midgets to extend their height, allowing for bone to grow back in the gaps. This is repeated until ideal height is achieved. Doing the opposite, to shorten yourself would not be possible. We are not able to reduce the length of the spine. You'd look weird if you cut out bits of leg and arm bone, but no other reductions elsewhere. But maybe one day, using similar techniques, the spine, hands, fingers, feet, toes and other areas can be altered to proper proportion.
