What are your addictions/psychological issues and how do you manage them, if at all?
I'll start: hardcore alcoholism and insomnia (which is a symptom, I know, but it's an ongoing thing no matter what I do). I don't really do anything to help it, but I do have a hell of a tolerance.

Repression mode - At this point I had no idea what was wrong

drank when I could, at least every weekend
4-5 coffees worth of caffeine a day.
smoking cigs every hour or so.
Tried shrooms 3 times
ativan for a month
fucked around with opiates at some point
Funny, I passed on coke at one point, may have been the setting.
Currently - after getting some help
1-2 cups of coffee
Moderate ssri's
Weed when the depression kicks in hard core.
Currently thinking about getting a script for some type of fast acting anti-anxiety, as I still get the occasional panic attack out in public.
Hey guys I've been really thinking of transitioning lately. do you think I could pass?

I'm asking this based on the value it costs to society in general to "help" trans people with these things, seeing as the public recognizes it as a mental health issue which requires remediation.
Assuming that the public would be willing to fund either of those options, would you rather get your genitals changed to "match" your desired appearance/function for a rough cost of $10000 USD or would you instead rather have a custom variety of cosmetic changes to your face done in order to make you pass better, costing about the same amount.
Please let me know what ya'll think thank you

I'm definitely in the cosmetic surgery camp, I might pay a few thousand to cut my balls off so I don't have to suppress test but actually changing my face much is too expensive, and the current SRS tech doesn't seem like that much of a worthwhile investment. Being able to pass is just so much more valuable
