He has a second therapist he forces you to to see before SRS. The therapist asks you to draw a house and doesn't seem to care too much but clearly believes in a more conservative view of Transsexuality. On the other hand every other surgeon takes the therapists you get your letters from's word for it. It's probably much easier to find two BS therapists than trick one particular one.

Trans Vaginas all have a higher angle, almost none have a fourchette until revision/stage 2, some surgeons make dick size clitorises (some cis girls do have these), There will always be scars near and around the vulva although they might be well hidden, and the colouration is often somewhat off.
All of these can be fixed except the angles and the scars.
