If you could go back and transition early, would you? Or are you glad you had a chance to be cis for a while?
Of course I would alter history and transition before puberty. I enjoyed no privilege being the awkward outsider.
>>8075217
I deeply regret not coming out of the closet and trying to transition at 16 or 18. Instead I repressed until 22. I did some decent things in those years that I enjoyed but I probably would've been better off transitioning.
>>8075217
I would have transitioned at 8 when I first had dysphoria, not hide it from my parents only be found out by my neighbor and get molested/raped for a Summer.
So I was in this discussion with a transmasc nonbinary, and the conversation basically boiled down to him saying there are infinite genders but gender doesn't actually exist.
To him male and female are apparently entirely arbitrary, but to me there is a very clear, physical, biological sexual dimorphism that occurs not just in humans but in everything more advanced than amoebas.
It seems to me that the gendernonconformists have an aversion to accepting that some attributes of their being are described by the physical reality.
Gender isn't real, sexual dimporphism is: this includes the chemical changes made to your brain when your sex is determined in the womb. Depending on many variables including the mother's diet and genes, some men and women have more testosterone or estrogen than others and this affects the severity of these physiological changes.
"Gender" is just for LARPing as some variant of Barbie or Ken so the Chosen People can control you, it's like the remote access of life.
>>8074385
op hes probably wrong about a lot of small details but scientifically hes not wrong. life only appears to have binaries or categories because they A: work well enough to be ubiquitous and B: a lot of the shit that falls through the cracks gets ignored.
every piece of biology is mutable by evolution and natural selection, so naturally any inate biology and innate gender must also be mutable by mutation and selection. to say otherwise is to be a science denier.
End him.
Is it acceptable for a late transitioner to live vicariously through early transitioners?

Well, yeah, that's always an option, as long as you don't get yourself in trouble.
Like, actual trouble. If you're gonna fuck him up just don't get caught.

Maybe we should've fucked ourselves.
Anyways, was nice posting but it's 2:50 now and I really gotta sleep.
Oh fuck just got pokemon Sun and Rowlet is the cutest starter in a long time. Yeah sure Fennekin was cute a shit but was it grass owl cute?
Honestly the cuter starters are gen 2. Don't tell me Totodile, Cyndaquil and Chikorita aren't cute as shit. I'll fite you irl. Or drink coffee over it. whatevs.
Let's say that someone invents a magic pill that would instantly and perfectly transition you from one gender to the other. You would be completely passable and free from dysphoria, your ideal body. The catch is: it would also erase all your memories of having been assigned to another gender, and you will never get progressivismbux for being trans, because neither you nor anyone else will realise you are.
Do you take it?
Yes. This is the whole idea of transitioning. Fuck the Oppression Points.

Anyone going to DragCon?
This season is boring. No mini challenges, everything condensed, bloody cucu every 5 seconds

Fucking finally
So before Hrt I was pretty much asexual.
Now things have changed drastically. Aside from my libido skyrocketing Im steadily falling for women I would have not found attractive in any way before. Diesel Dykes, other unpassing transwomen, women of races I would have never thought about, almost every woman in a dateable age range seems to make my knees weak and just getting a hug from almost any woman is like bliss.
What is wrong with me? Is it a hormone thing? Do people who transition fall this hard for their preferred kind of partners?
>>8072553
you're a huge homogay now. better get used to it. on the plus side understanding the appeal of butch ladies is like becoming enlightened, so there's that.
>>8075113
But am i some kind of edgecase?
Is it normal to be this gay after being almost asexual?
>>8075463
well, now that you don't hate your body, your body wants to make up for lost time.

There's a guy I like at work. I already made a thread about him - about how he's probably straight, and as much as it sucks, nothing's ever gonna out of this.
Last Friday, he broke his nametag, and asked me for a new one (since I'm the one in charge of supplies). So I gave him a new one, and took his old nametag to throw in the trash. I didn't think anything of it until the end of the day, when I accidentally threw some records in the trash bin and proceeded to pick them up.
As I was grabbing them, I noticed his lanyard had a little red ribbon sticker on it; and then I wondered: isn't that the symbol used for HIV/AIDS Awareness? Let's be honest: it's not very likely a straightfag is going to be carrying around a sticker demonstrating his solidarity and support for HIV/AIDS awareness efforts. Most people carrying that would be people who have a real chance of being affected by it: LGBT individuals.
Fuck, I hate this. I've gone through situations like these with straight guys, and I know on an intellectual level that this crap never works. But here I am again, picking apart at minutae for any sign that he might be gay. Only it's worse this time around, because I actually know you can't make it work with a straight guy, but here I am, poring over all his mannerisms and his routine to see if he's actually gay.
And I had a dream of him last night. God-fucking-damnit.
>>8071884
There's a pretty good population of straight people with HIV these days. Even if he isn't positive, a family member or friend could be.
You're going to have to ask him.
You can kiss him and stuff first, the virus doesn't transfer through saliva.
Kind of in the same boat but with my roommate. He's a good guy and we've become really good friends over the last few months. The dude know everything about me and I know quite a lot about him. Things you don't typically tell people unless you've known them your entire life.
It's for this reason (not to mention he's pretty attractive and has a nice body I guess) that recently I've felt a little more than just friendly feelings.
He got a girlfriend recently and I notice I'm getting jealous. I can't help being weird about it and I sometimes feel the need to fight for his attention.
It's pathetic and we've gotten into quite a few petty arguments. I don't want to lose him as a a friend but this is turning me into a person I never thought I'd become- an emotionally dependent child.
>>8072600
>but this is turning me into a person I never thought I'd become- an emotionally dependent child.
That's what I hate about this the most. Even if you are fully aware on an intellectual level that the entire thing is pointless and dumb, you still find yourself acting like that without even thinking,
How exactly did people find out that Brianna Wu was trans? I know her appearance is wack and her voice is strange, but it seems that the proof came from digging up some old legal documents. This article mentions something about a background check being used to out her?
https://lolcow.wiki/wiki/Background_Check_Incident
Anyway, how do I avoid something like this from happening to me?
>>8071485
If you were as known of a person as her and people really wanted to take the time to look you up you couldn't.
>>8071530
Which loose ends do I still need to tie up? My legal record of name change was sealed, I've abandoned everyone who knew me pre-transition, I transitioned as a teenager, etc. How would someone find out if they wanted to investigate it?
>>8071577
Did you name change before you graduated high school? Did you ever work with your dead name? I honestly couldn't tell you everything you would have to look for. I doubt you would have to worry though. Chances are no one cares.
>there's a board about hating yourself due to not receiving enough validation now
I mean I'm a tranny and all but uh you hons seem to really hate the fact people don't give you attention like actual beautiful people.
>>8070849
I'm not even an ugly hon and I need validation because of past trauma (and also because I'm a vagina virgin and it makes me pissy). It's not all about appearances, some of us girls are just fucked up. So where is this board?
>>8070908
I assume they mean this board
t. Need all then attention I can get
Ps pls reply
>>8070908
Just fix yourself then, you're not a woman so you're fully capable of that.
Why are people on /lgbt/ obsessing over islamic homophobia when virtually all of sub-sahaaran Africa is the exact same things comited by christians?
Don't get me wrong, I love that this allows me to laugh whenever conservative LGBTs suffer, but I'd like to make some logical sense out of it.
>whenever /pol/ trannies get murdered
>>8069457
Because right wingers deserve to die. They're essentially begging to have their ribcages pried open.
>>8069465
>when Blaire White shat herself over the trans murders
Since Christianity claims homosexuality is evil (and we all know homosexuality is good), any self-respecting LGBTperson should be anti-Christian (also anti-islamic), i.e. satanic
Nota bene: satanism =/= devil worshiping. Devil does not exist
I wholeheartedly agree with this.
I would verily enjoy seeing Christianity - and organized religion - being systematically stamped out.
Agreed, also maybe I can conjure a goat demon bf from hell u like the boring gay ass heaven.
w2c pentagram shirt?
I started HRT a few weeks ago and my doctor gave me spiro. I was wondering should I ask for cypro or is spiro fine? Most people I see on this site use cypro that's why I'm wondering.
from a hormonal point of view, literally no difference. they're both anti androgenic, so they both stop testosterone production, so why would it matter?
I'm on something totally different to most people and it works fine for me desu
>>8069114
If you're in the US, you can't even get cypro from your doctor. He probably doesn't even now about it.
>>8069156
Alright that's all I was wondering. Like 90% of people I see on this site take cypro so I was just thinking maybe it was better or something.
