I've been self medicating under my doctors nose for about a month or two now and I was just called for testing in the next month. I don't think telling him about doing something so impulsive will end well. but is there a way I could 'normalize' my levels to something less suspicious. If its low enough I could probably chalk it up to a changed diet and maybe some natural estrogen supported foods.

Should probably mention. It was impulsive because my family has a high risk of blood clotting and I was held back up to a year to meet several hematologists to make sure I'm in the clear. but dysphoria and suicidal thoughs and shit I grew impatient and used qhi.
It was a risk that "could" have killed me but didn't and I'm not sure how I could go about telling him how reckless I am being..

Its not even that high but my father 'apparently' had a problem with his blood.. It was still a reckless potentially deadly choice and even if I do say "Well look, I obviously am good" he might not want anything to do with someone as impulsive as me
I'm a 20y guy and my brother came out not too long ago, and my family had a hard time accepting it. That's made things extremely difficult for me, because I need to come out too but there's all this pressure from my parents because they expect me to be the one who has grandkids etc...

The point is that they only need to because they can't be socially accepted in their presentation and behavior in their natal sex.

Because an XY woman was female socialized whatever her karyotype. The same can't be said for transes which is why they aren't included.

I was taking a look at my credit lines. With one more card, I should have enough to travel to Thailand for two FFS surgeries.
My insurance will cover breast implants, which are the only surgery I wanted to have in the states, but not hair removal or FFS. I'm pretty poor and won't have the cash to afford FFS in the states or Europe, but it'll be necessary for me to pass. I won't come out at work until I'm passing so...that's that.
I'm two years away, but I want to know my options ahead of time.
Have you had surgery abroad? How did it go? Which doctors should I look for? Which should I avoid?
Arguments against are appreciated. Links to both sides adored.

You really really need to be careful who you have ffs with. You can literally end up disfigured if you choose the wrong doctor. Personally I'm saving up to either go to facial team or DB. I know they cost the most but they do the best work.
